Consumer Health Group Applauds IRS PDF Print E-mail
Maine’s largest consumer health coalition, Consumers for Affordable Health Care (CAHC), is commending the Internal Revenue Service for recent changes it made to laws regarding non-profit hospital tax reporting.  CAHC joined thousands of others nationwide in sending a letter to the IRS applauding it for creating these new reporting standards (Schedule H of form 990).

‘Blue and White’ classic tourney raises scholarship funds PDF Print E-mail

BATH - Last Friday, June 13, reunion class members for Morse High School in Bath sponsored the Blue and White Classic Golf Tournament at Bath Country Club to raise funds for senior class college scholarships.  190 players, divided into 38 teams, teed off shortly after 8 a.m., and the Morse High School band played the national anthem before the first drive was made.
