Tolan and Harkins for RSU # 1 |

I write in support of Francie Tolan in District 6 and Tim Harkins in District 3 in the January 29 election for the RSU#1 School Board. I am a taxpayer in Arrowsic and in Bath, and I have served with both Francie and Tim on the Arrowsic School Committee. Since we first met, I have been impressed with the intelligence, passion and clarity they bring to any discussion. We’ve wrestled with some tough issues, and we’ve always managed to work to consensus decisions that make sense for children, schools and taxpayers.
As we join our towns together in this new Regional School Unit, these are the people I trust to make the right calls. They ask incisive questions. They listen. They see issues clearly. I trust them with my children’s future. I urge you to vote on January 29th for Francie Tolan and Tim Harkins.
