The Facility of the Year award is presented each spring honoring one outstanding auto repair facility in each of the Northern New England states. Scoring is derived from an annual customer satisfaction rating based on AAA's service evaluation card responses. Wiscasset Ford-Lincoln scored the highest AAA customer satisfaction rating of all auto dealers with a certified AAA Approved Auto Repair shop in Maine.

AAA's Aproved Auto Repair program highlights outstanding service facilities throughout Northern New England. To qualify as "AAA Aproved" the auto repair facility must meet the strict criteria for technician certification, customer satisfaction, and warranty coverage including a 12-month/12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor and AAA-mediated dispute arbitration.
